Brief Bio

I am an Associate Professor in Operational Research in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Southampton, UK.

Prior to joining the University of Southampton in January 2024, I was a member of faculty in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Alabama from Sept 2014–Dec 2023. I also held postdoctoral positions at the California Institute of Technology and the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications at the University of Minnesota. I completed my PhD in Combinatorics and Optimization under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Vavasis in 2011 at the University of Waterloo after completing an MSc in Applied Mathematics with Dr. Hristo Sendov at the University of Guelph.
